A principal of Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) speaks at a news conference in Tokyo, Japan, April 7, 2011. Tokyo Electric Power Company said Thursdat that it had detected radioactive seawater in the Pacific Ocean about 15 kilometers to Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant with a radioactive iodine-131 concentration of 5.8 times the maximum level permitted under law.
