Children play a slide at the central kindergarten in Kecai Village, Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Gannan, northwest China's Gansu Province, March 4, 2011. The kindergarten, the first in the prefecture offered for children of herdsmen, only charges one yuan (0.15 U.S. dollars) per day for each child.
