Photo shows the new county seat of Beichuan in Sichuan Province. The first batch of 3,500 families will be moving into the new county seat of Beichuan and will open a new chapter in their lives. Enjoying supreme natural conditions, the new county seat is 23 kilometers away from the old county seat, which was destroyed in the Sichuan Earthquake on May 12, 2008.
