A lake in Shougang factory freezes for the first time because of production stop in Beijing, capital of China, Jan. 13, 2011. Shougang, a 90-year steel manufacturing company, held a shutdown ceremony in its Shijingshan industrial zone on Thursday, marking that it would not produce steel in Shijingshan District.
