Photo taken on Dec. 18, 2010 shows the viewing platform of Hangzhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge in Jiaxing, east China's Zhejiang Province. The construction of the viewing platform, containing one platform and one 16-floor tower, completed Saturday.
