The 11th Panchen Lama Bainqen Erdini Qoigyijabu attends the opening meeting of the Third Session of the 11th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, capital of China, March 3, 2010. The Third Session of the 11th CPPCC National Committee opens on Wednesday afternoon.
