Edmond Mulet, acting special representative of the Secretary-General for Haiti, speaks during an interview with Xinhua News Agency in Port-au-Prince, capital of Haiti, on Feb. 2, 2010. China's quick response to Haiti's quake and the hard work of Chinese aid personnel are very impressive and commendable, said the UN official here on Tuesday.
