A highway is closed in Siziwang Banner, Ulanqab of north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Jan. 14, 2010. Traffic became seriously difficult as a snowstorm raided most parts of Inner Mongolia for days and local government has launched an emergency response scheme for the continuous cold snaps, local authorities said Wednesday.
