The organization committee of the second National Red Games held its first session in Qingyang City of northwest China's Gansu Province on May 26, 2011. The mascot of the second National Red Games, called "Hong Wa," made its debut on the same day. The mascot looks like a burning torch with open arms and a wide smile. The second National Red Games is scheduled to be held between June 26 and June 28 in Qingyang City, Gansu Province.
