Advanced technologies dazzle at Beijing High-tech Expo

Visitors check out the Zhongguancun demonstration area of national independent innovation during the 14th China Beijing International High-tech Expo held in Beijing on May 18, 2011. The 14th China Beijing International High-tech Expo, the theme of which was "Innovation Driving Development; Science and Technology Leading Transformation," kicked off at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing on May 18. Because entrance is free to all, attendance is expected to reach 100,000. Numerous advanced technologies made their debut at the expo. The expo will last to May 22.
