Photo taken on May 5, 2011 shows a burning building in Liuzhou of southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Fire broke out in a 28-storey building which is under construction here at 9:40 p.m. Thursday. Firefighters controlled the fire at 11:00 p.m., no casualty have been reported yet. (Xinhua)
