Nepalese CA members detained for misusing passports

Nepalese Constituent Assembly (CA) member Gayatri Shah (C) is escorted by Nepal Police in Kathmandu, Capital of Nepal, on April 20, 2011. The Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police on April 19 detained CA members Gayatri Shah and Bishwanath Prasad Yadav on the charge of misusing their Red Passports (Diplomatic Passports).
