The team from Malaysia flies a kite with a tiger figure during the 28th Weifang International Kite Festival, held in Weifang on April 17, 2011. The 28th Weifang International Kite Festival kicked off on April 16 in Weifang, a city of east China's Shandong Province. Teams from 25 countries and regions participated in this year's festival.
