He's won multiple "Sexiest Man Alive" titles in his time, but at 43, even Brad Pitt appears to need a little extra help keeping in shape.

The "Fight Club" star sports an incredibly narrow waist in a new ad campaign for Japanese denim brand Edwin, prompting speculation he received a touch of airbrushing.

Brad revealed last year that since turning 40, he has noticed his body isn't what it used to be.

He said: "One thing sucks, your face kind of goes. Your body's not quite working the same.

"But you earned it. You earned that, things falling apart."

Meanwhile, Brad and Angelina Jolie are reportedly preparing to become parents for the fifth time, with plans to adopt another daughter from Africa.

Jolie's brother James Haven is quoted by the Daily Mirror as saying: "They are creating one big family and will keep adopting as long as they are able to."

He continued: "Angie and Brad talk about how much they have been taught by their kids. In many respects Angie saved Zahara's life and there are so many more children whose lives she could save and she talks about that constantly."

The couple have three adopted children, Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 2, and 20-month-old biological daughter Shiloh, and Angelina has previously spoken of her hopes to have a "balanced" family.

She said last year: "Should you balance the races, so there's another African person in the house for Zahara, after another Asian person in the house for Mad? We think so. Shiloh has Brad and me to look at."
