Prime Minister Prachanda has said he has dreamed to build an AIDS free Nepali Society.
Addressing the function, organized Monday on the 20th World AIDS Day 2008 by Main Function Organizing Committee, Prachanda said the government's program would be aimed at addressing all challenges that would emerge while controlling the disease.
He said he would call meeting of National AIDS Council, prepare work-plan for addressing present situation and turn commitment into reality to control AIDS.
It is estimated that there are around 70,000 people caught with the virus in Nepal and most of them are youths. Source:Xinhua
