According to a report from Voice of China, cities usually make people feel depressed because of the stress of work and life in daytime, while the night is much milder. The gentle winds at night not only cool down the body's heat, but also drive pressures away.
A growing number of people prefer jogging at night. Why do they like jogging at such an abnormal time? Here is the truth: those white-collar workers who live in the cities have to get up very early in the morning for work and have no time for exercise. Night is when they have leisure time, so jogging at night has become a good method to relieve pressure from a day's work.
There is an old saying in China that "everything starts in the morning," while for those people who prefer jogging in nights, it seems that "everything starts in the night." However, jogging in the night should not be overdone, and the time should be limited to an hour or less. Otherwise, it could make the body too fatigued and excited to sleep. Thus, it would not relieve the pressure but only increase it.
