"Mini villa" presents at a scenic spot in Hefei on June 28.

Have you ever heard of a "mini villa" that occupies a space of only 7.5 square meters? Now, you have a chance to see and experience the new house in Hefei.

The "mini villa" is a new kind of miniature integrated form of house jointly developed by Hefei House Industrialization Base and a German company. Although the house is only 7.5 square meters, it has everything a normal house has such as cabinet, toilet, living room and desk. It absorbs solar energy to supply its power.

Currently, the "mini villa" is still in trial and has not been put onto the market yet.
