The narrowest house in UK is 6.4 meters long and 1.83 meters wide.

Do you still complain about the conditions of your house? You'd better go and visit Rachel Boyle's house in the UK. According to UK's Daily Mail, Boyle's house is the narrowest house in Britain at just 6.4 meters long and 1.83 meters wide.

There is an old saying in China that "Small as the sparrow is, it possesses all its internal organs". It exactly describes the situation of Boyle's house. Although narrow, the foyer, kitchen, bath room, living room and bedroom are all there. Rachel had written a letter to the Guinness Committee hoping to get her house into the record books.

Boyle said she can walk through a little door in the kitchen to get to their little garden behind the house, which is the same width as the house. According to Boyle, prices in Brighton Pier are too high, and lots of people here could only afford to buy a garden with their savings.

Boyle's family bought this house with 8,000 pounds 12 years ago, paid another 15,000 pounds to redecorate it and then rented it out.
