Chinese film festival to be held in Nepal

The Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu and World Cultural Net are jointly organizing a three-day Chinese Film Festival in Nepali capital Kathmandu to mark the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

The festival will kick off at the QFX Kumari Hall in the capital Tuesday afternoon.

The Founding of A Republic, a movie based on China's history, will the screened on the first day of the festival. As many as five Chinese films are to be screened during the festival, according to the Chinese Embassy.
