A total of 1,000 bicycles offered by Shijiazhuang Traffic Management Bureau in central China's Hebei Province appeared on the street on Jan. 20. These bicycles are free for citizens to use in order to promote low-carbon transport. Locals can apply to use them by registering their ID card. (Zhai Yujia, China News Agency)
