Rome's Bioparco Zoo marks centennial

People bring children to the Bioparco Zoo in Rome, Italy, Jan. 5, 2011. Founded on Jan. 5, 1911, the zoo celebrated the centennial of its inauguration Wednesday. Being one of the oldest zoos in Europe, the Bioparco Zoo currently hosts over 1,000 animals, belonging to over 200 different species. (Xinhua/Wang Qingqin)
