Year 2004: Cartier exhibition opens at Shanghai Museum
Cartier held a two-month-long jewels exhibition at Shanghai Museum. Many precious collections were displayed before the Chinese public, and some of them were shown for the first time ever. During those two months, the Chinese people cherished the opportunity to admire those top jewels and watches, including jewels worn and designed by Duchess of Windsor; the largest diamond necklace, owned by Indian Patiala, and 19 British Royal crowns.
