Villager builds 'bird's nest' house in 15-meter-high tree

A 63-year-old villager named Xiong Yuhu in China's Hunan Province built a house in a 15-meter-high tree. The house own complete facilities, including kitchen, toilet, water tower, TV cabinet and so on.

The house can accommodate 18 adults at the same time, Xiong said.

Xiong's idea came from the "Bird's Nest" (China's National Stadium.) He gave the house the name "Bird's Nest on weald."

"I can smell fresh air and promote environmental protection by living in the house," said Xiong.
