Nick Vujicic, a man without arms or legs from Australia, held a public lecture on repaying society with grateful heart in China Agricultural University in Beijing on Dec. 8. Hundreds of people listened to his speech, including orphans from quake-hit Yushu, Qinghai Province and students in Beijing.
Nick Vujicic is a preacher and motivational speaker who was born without arms or legs due to a rare disorder known as Tetra-amelia. He struggled throughout his childhood to come to terms with his disability, and at age 17 he started his own non-profit organization called Life Without Limbs.
After graduating from the university, Vujicic began his travels as a motivational speaker. At present, he regularly gives speeches on subjects such as disability, hope, and finding meaning in life, according to wikipedia.org.
