Le'an tourism office recruits girls for drinking, dancing ability

The Human Resources and Social Security of Le'an County in Jiangxi caught some attention recently with an usual hiring practice, according to jxnews.com.cn.

According to an inside source, the Le'an reception service center and tourism resource office has conducted a recruitment test this July. However, the content and forms are quite different from other public institutions' tests. The examinees are all asked to show their ability to hold their liquor, their dancing skills as well as whether they have carsickness.

The organizer has claimed that drinking and dancing belong to talent show part and the carsickness test relates to the ability to handle an emergency.

The source also said that the recruitment is only open to girls this time and the examinees are mostly young and beautiful girls making the whole testing process seems like a beauty contest.

The test content and forms were proven to be true on Aug. 16 and it was also said the tests are specially designed for the position's requirements. The officials in Human Resources and Social Security of Le'an County said during the publicity period, the related department didn't receive any opposite opinion about the six selected person and they would be hired soon.
