The World Expo is not only a giant exhibition for cultures from world, but a most uncommon opportunity for visitors to taste delicious food from so many other countries. Lots of Pavilions with strong financial support opened special restaurants to offer visitors the best food as well as a taste of the cultures that made them.
Now, let's look at the most unforgettable restaurants in pavilions of the Shanghai World Expo.
Love of the Sea, Norway Pavilion
The restaurant is run jointly by Fursetgruppen, a very famous food and drink group in Norway, with the Norwegian Seafood Export Council. All the materials are caught from the seas of Norway and transported to Shanghai directly by air twice a week.
In addition, salmon, as the most famous seafood in Norway, is absolutely the chef's choice in the restaurant. If you are interested in salmon, then don't miss it in the Norway Pavilion. Because you would not only taste the delicious salmon, but also learn the various ways to eat it.
