Guangdong rich man chases thieves with helicopter

A rich man in Guangdong used his private helicopter and motor boat to track the thieves who stole his bag on July 15.

Mr. Liu in Dongguan was robbed by two robbers on the street at 6 p.m. yesterday. He followed the robbers in his Porsche for three kilometers at first. Later, one robber was caught by Mr. Liu's son and another one jumped into the pool.

In order to catch the robber, Mr. Liu used his helicopter and motor boat. With the cooperation of the local policemen, fire fighters, the robber was caught three hours later at 9 p.m.

"I drove the helicopter to approach the water, and the wind produced by the propeller curled up the waves. Finally, the robber had to come out and surrender himself to the police."
