Situated on the Yellow River at the intersection of Shannxi and Shanxi Provinces, the famous waterfall has not frozen due to this year's relatively warm winter. The icicles at each side of the galloping Yellow River form extraordinary scenery which has attracted flocks of tourists and photographers to admire and capture the natural beauty.
