Brazil's Atletico-MG signs Richarlyson

President of the Atletico- MG soccer team Alexandre Kalil from Brazil announced the signing of midfielder Richarlyson on Friday.

Richarlyson, a former member of Sao Paulo, signed a contract for two years. Richarlyson was a highly sought after athlete.

The current champion of the Brazilian Championship, Fluminense, also expressed their interest in acquiring the player.

However, Richarlyson claimed that Kalil's personal interest and his plans for Atletico-MG in 2011 heavily influenced his decision.

Richarlyson expressed his gratification and respect to Atletico- MG's head coach Dorival Junior.

The midfielder claimed that with the expertise and professionalism of Junior, he foresees a very successful 2011.
