Uruguay coach Oscar Tabarez has announced his starting eleven for Friday's World Cup match against France on Wednesday, with defender Mauricio Victorino and midfielder Egidio Arevalo the surprise picks.
Victorino's callup means Andres Sotti will be on the bench, while Arevalo starts ahead of Walter Gargano.
