Senior Chinese official urges security boosted for Asian Games

Zhou, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and secretary of the CPC Central Commission for Political and Legal Affairs, urged all security personnel to strictly follow legal procedures in courteous and caring way.
He said security procedures in the city should avoid disturbing the daily lives of residents.
The 16th Asian Games is scheduled to start on Nov. 12.
