The Nigeria Boxing Federation (NBF) said that the national team will move to southeast Edo State on Sunday to begin camping in preparation for the Commonwealth Games.
NBF President Rotimi George-Taylor disclosed this to sportswriters in Lagos late on Saturday at the end of the trials for the Oct. 3-Oct. 14 Games in India.
George-Taylor said there was little time left for the New Delhi Games.
The boxing chief said he was impressed with the performance of the boxers who were invited to the trials based on their outings during last year's National Open Championships and National Sports Festival.
