Russian Government delegation headed by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin will visit Kazan of Tatarstan Republic on Wednesday to inspect the preparations for the 2013 World University Games.

Putin is to unveil a new soccer stadium -- the central venue of the upcoming games that can hold 45,000 people.

By the end of 2010, there in Kazan will be opened seven more sporting installations, including "Olympic Village" for 14,000 guests, swimming pool, medical complex, river terminal and new airport with its own railway link to the downtown.

Russian federal budget has allocated for these purposes 27 billion rubles (about 93 million U.S. dollars) in 2009-2010 for the 27th edition of the games.
