DPRK selects best go player and coach for 2009

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) has selected best go player and coach for 2009, the official KCNA news said on Thursday.

Ri Kwang Hyok was selected as the best player and Ri Pong Il was the best coach for their good scores in the 2009 "Business Cup" International City Go Tournament held in Hangzhou, China last October, the KCNA said.

Ri Kwang Hyok placed fourth in the tournament and the DPRK team headed by Ri Pyong Il placed second.
