Wang Qiang of Zhengzhou, Henan Province, took gold at men's freestyle 66kg final at the 6th Chinese City Games in Central China's Wuhan on Sunday.

Wang, who was bronze-medallist at the 2007 Asian Junior Wrestling Championships, defeated Chen Zhanguo of Datong, Shanxi Province, 2-0, 1-2 in the final. He pushed the rival out of the court to make two points in the first round. And Wang tied the second round with a push-out again to win the final.

The bronze went to Lanzhou wrestler Xu Gang who beat Luo Hao of Changsha, Hunan Province 2-7, 1-0,4-0.
