Serbia has clinched a berth in next year's Olympic Games in Beijing by beating Germany 8-7 at the water polo World League semifinals.

The win late Saturday was enough to qualify the Serbs, and set up a meeting with Hungary in the final.

The tournament gives one Olympic spot and Hungary already has qualified for the Beijing Games by finishing second at the World Championship earlier this year, meaning Serbia will go to the Olympics even if it loses the final.

Hungary beat Australia 16-7 to reach the final of the World League.
