Iranian coach Amir Ghalenoi said on Sunday he was satisfied over the 2-2 draw with China, who will face a tough clash with Uzbekistan.
"We get one point and will face Malaysia in an easy match. China have to face Uzbekistan in a tough match to decide who will qualify, " Ghalenoi said at a news conference.
Though Galenoni settled with one point, he criticized his team's performance in the first half.
"In the early part of the first half, we played very bad and China scored twice," he said.
"The fluctuation of the performance is a problem which should be solved before the next match," he added.
Iran and China both have four points in hand while China tops the Group C on goal difference.
Iran will face Malaysia while China is to play against Uzbekistan on July 18.
