Nanning Bonded Logistics Center passed acceptance approval

December 22, Nanning Bonded Logistics Center formally passed an acceptance approval conducted by a united approval team under the State Council. It will be put into operation soon.

February 11, the General Administration of Customs, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange jointly approved the establishment of the Nanning Bonded Logistics Center. As a core area of the China-ASEAN International Logistics Base, this 29.29-hectare center has absorbed a total investment of 1 billion yuan. It comprises four function zones including a customs supervision zone, service zone, customs inspection zone and bonded logistics zone.

Reporters learned that the Nanning Bonded Logistics Center will mainly do business in Guangxi and extend its presence to surrounding provinces and cater to the needs of ASEAN member states and other countries and regions. It will specialize in transportation, storage, packaging, distribution processing and delivery of production materials and consumer goods, as well as information processing.
