Zhongsheng to postpone offering

Chinese automobile franchiser Zhongsheng Group has decided to postpone its $800 million to $1 billion Hong Kong initial public offering (IPO) due to market conditions, Reuters reported on Tuesday.

The company originally had planned to start a roadshow for the IPO on March 3.
