Chery Automobile, China's largest indigenous carmaker, said on Tuesday it aims to grow vehicle sales by up to 80 percent in 2010.

The auto company said it would sell at least 700,000 vehicles this year but will strive for a target of 900,000 units. It sold roughly 500,000 units in 2009.
