China's stocks open slightly higher on Wednesday

China's stocks opened slightly higher on Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.48 percent to open at 2,810.44.

The Shenzhen Component Index rose 0.52 percent to open at 12,445.69.
