China's stocks open lower after June data

China's stocks opened lower on Monday after data released during the weekend showed the country's inflation growth hit a three-year high of 6.4 percent in June.

The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index declined 0.3 percent to open at 2,789.45. The Shenzhen Component Index opened at 12,357.58, down 0.38 percent.
