The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) approved Dongfeng Motor Corp and Taiwan's Yulon Motor Co's plan for a 50-50 joint venture in Hangzhou, Xinhua News Agency said on Tuesday.
Yulon Motor will cooperate with Dongfeng to make cars and engines. They are each investing 775 million yuan in the venture, according to the company.
