Stocks close mixed in Central America

Central America's three major stock markets closed mixed on Thursday.

The Panamanian stock market's BVPSI index closed at 253.27 points, down 0.15 percent, with a trade volume of 17,588 U.S. dollars.

In Costa Rica, which has Central America's biggest bourse, the leading BNV index finished down 0.01 percent at 4,814.72 points. The trade volume was 151.352 million dollars.

El Salvador's stock market closed with the IBES index flat at 202.45 points, with a trade volume of 12.406 million dollars.
