The euro fell to 1.23 U.S. dollars level in morning session in Tokyo Thursday.
At noon, the euro traded at 1.2352-2356 dollars and 113.37-40 yen versus 1.2410-2420 dollars and 113.85-95 yen in New York and 1. 2194-2196 dollars and 112.08-12 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Wednesday.
The dollar traded at 91.76-81 yen compared with 91.65-75 yen in New York and 91.91-93 yen in Tokyo late Wednesday.
