The Argentine Industry and Tourism Ministry Tuesday announced new antidumping duties on polyester yarns imported from China and Indonesia.

It said the antidumping duties of 14.20 percent are to be levied on imports from China, while those for Indonesian products are set at 7.52 percent.

The affected products are polyester yarns that are measuring more than 80 decitex and less than or equal to 350 decitex, but sewing yarns are not included.

The Indonesian export company PT Indorama Synthetics TBK is also excluded from the punitive duties, the ministry said.
