APEC is the most important and vigorous regional cooperation organization in the Asia-Pacific region. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are the most active economic group, which are focused and concerned by APEC 21 member economies. Presently, SMEs account for 60 percent of domestic Economic Aggregate, for 50 percent of tax and employ 80 percent of the work force.
