New Zealand economy predicted to grow by 3% this year

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has maintained its forecast that New Zealand's economy will grow by 3 percent this year and 3.5 percent the next year.
In its latest world economic outlook report, the IMF has increased its global growth forecast from 4.2 percent to 4.6 percent this year due to strong growth in Asia.
China's economy is predicted to grow 10.5 percent, while India' s by nearly 9.5 percent this year, the IMF said.
