Vietnam stock market index ends mixed

A total of 53.14 million shares worth 1.62 trillion Vietnamese dong (VND) (85.52 million U.S. dollars) changed hands at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. Prices of 109 stocks went up, 90 dropped while 46 remained unchanged.
HNX-Index, the index of Vietnam's Hanoi Stock Exchange, went up 0.12 points, or 0.07 percent, to 162.98 points.
