Vietnam expects further WTO's assistance on technique, human resources training

Vietnamese Prime Minster Nguyen Tan Dung said on Monday that Vietnam is looking forward to greater assistance from the World Trade Organization on technique development and human resource training, said the report on the Vietnamese government website.
Dung made the remarks at the meeting with the General Director of World Trade Organization (WTO) Pascal Lamy in Ho Chi Minh City on Monday. Lamy is in Vietnam to attend the 19th World Economic Forum on East Asia held here from June 6 to 7.
At the meeting, Dung thanked WTO for supporting Vietnam in the past time and hoped to see enhanced cooperation between Vietnam and WTO in the near future.
In the past three years, Vietnam strictly followed the WTO's regulations but the country also faced with a lot of challenges including unfair trade barriers, said Dung.
